Yes, they do. In fact, V-Bucks don't have any correlation with the seasons of Fortnite. The only link they share is that you can earn up to 1500 V-Bucks per season (with the Battle Pass, you can earn 200 without it). Even the ones you earn with the season-specific battle pass are transferable between seasons, however.
